## About the Role

* Experience in IT or software project management (experience level flexible - we value potential and mindset)
 * Background in industrial, automation, or logistics environments is a plus
 * Exposure to warehouse systems such as WES, WCS, or WMS is an advantage
 * Experience working in cross-functional and international teams
 * Understanding of software development processes and system integration concepts, * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical field
 * Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
 * High level of motivation and willingness to learn and grow
 * Structured, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach
 * Strong communication skills with fluency in German and English

## Description

* Lead and manage software projects in the WES domain from initiation to delivery
 * Act as a key interface between customers, internal stakeholders, and development teams
 * Combine project management with consulting activities by understanding customer needs and translating them into system solutions
 * Ensure project success in terms of quality, timeline, and customer satisfaction
 * Confidently review and implement changes to key project documentation, including:
 + Functional Specifications
 + IT Specifications
 + Interface Specifications
 * Identify optimization potential and contribute to continuous improvement
 * Support the development of standards, best practices, and scalable solutions within Kardex

Working Model & Travel

 * Approx. 10% travel within Europe (project-related)
 * close to a German Kardex office
