## Description

* Administration von Microsoft 365, Benutzerkonten, Gruppen, Lizenzen und Berechtigungen
 * Verwaltung von Windows-Clients und Endgeräten über Microsoft Intune
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Konfigurations-, Compliance- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien
 * Softwareverteilung und Client Deployment, insbesondere mit baramundi
 * Unterstützung bei Windows Updates, Autopilot, Rollouts und Standardisierung der Clientumgebung
 * Bearbeitung von Supportfällen im 1st und 2nd Level Support
 * Betreuung von Onboarding-, Offboarding- und Arbeitsplatzwechselprozessen
 * Dokumentation und Optimierung von Workplace- und Endpoint-Prozessen
