City of Hope employees' pay is based on the following criteria: work experience, qualifications, and work location. ## Description Reporting to the Vice President, Philanthropy Growth & Pipeline Management, the Senior Director, Philanthropy Data & Systems serves as a key member of the Philanthropy leadership team and provides strategic direction for philanthropy systems, CRM strategy, data governance, analytics enablement, business solutions, operational effectiveness, and training across the enterprise. This leader will ensure that philanthropy's data and technology ecosystem supports scalable fundraising growth, enhances donor engagement, and enables data-driven decision making. Working closely with Enterprise Technology Group (ETG), the Senior Director will drive system innovation, operational excellence, governance, user adoption, and long-term roadmap planning that supports City of Hope's expanding national fundraising strategy. The role also oversees data privacy, compliance, training, and change management initiatives while leading high-performing teams responsible for CRM operations, data management, business analysis, and philanthropy enablement.
