## About the Role

* Minimum 1 year of experience designing, developing and leading the implementation of solutions with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus points if you have:

 * Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
 * Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
 * Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and data orchestration tools
 * Knowledge of marketing analytics and attribution models
 * Experience with agile project management methodologies
 * Background in digital marketing strategy or marketing operations
 * Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
 * Familiarity with customer experience design principles"
 * Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification
 * Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification"
 * Data Cloud Experience

## Description

Assist clients in implementing and optimizing Marketing Cloud solutions to meet their specific marketing goals including:

 * Assess client business requirements and develop strategic Marketing Cloud implementation roadmaps
 * Design and architect end-to-end marketing automation solutions tailored to client needs
 * Configure Marketing Cloud instances including data extensions, automations, and journeys
 * Develop strategic campaign frameworks and customer journey orchestration approaches
 * Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
 * Create detailed solution design documents, technical specifications, and project documentation
 * Provide best practice recommendations for email marketing, mobile messaging, and customer engagement
 * Partner with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of Marketing Cloud solutions
