Proven experience operating at the executive level within global, matrixed organizations. Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes (ERP, cloud, data platforms, digital commerce, cybersecurity). Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills (Board-level exposure preferred). Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable impact. As we scale, we require disciplined orchestration, executive alignment, and operational rigor at the highest level. The Chief of Staff to the CIO serves as a true extension of the executive - operating as a force multiplier for the CIO. This leader ensures alignment, prioritization, and execution across the IT leadership team and enterprise stakeholders. This role blends strategic thinking, operational execution, executive communication, and organizational effectiveness. Acting as the connective tissue across global IT, the Chief of Staff ensures that strategic priorities translate into action, that decisions are data-driven, and that the IT function operates with clarity and velocity. Drive executive cadence: leadership meetings, QBRs, board materials, transformation reviews, and global communications. Ensure cross-functional alignment across IT sub-functions (Applications, Infrastructure, Data, Cybersecurity, PMO, Enterprise Architecture). Identify organizational friction, misalignment, and bottlenecks - proactively designing solutions to accelerate performance. Partner with Finance and FP&A to align investment strategies with portfolio priorities and long-term objectives. Lead special strategic initiatives and breakthrough projects on behalf of the CIO.
