## Description

* Coordinate and manage Configuration Management activities, ensuring delivery of CM processes such as change management and product structure updates
 * Ensure configuration control for the A320 Family Programme by collaborating with transnational stakeholders and leading effective Configuration Control Boards
 * Lead CM-related projects with accountability for schedule, cost, and quality, ensuring timely Change Request decisions aligned with programme objectives and CM constraints
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams while providing CM expertise and ensuring compliance with CM processes, procedures, and standards
 * Develop and monitor KPIs, support business and strategic objectives, and represent the Configuration Management function in digitalization, transformation, and long-term development projects
