 * Erfahrung im IT-Support (2nd/3rd Level) sowie im Umgang mit komplexen Störungen und Eskalationen von Vorteil
 * Praxis in der Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
 * Fähigkeit, gewachsene IT-Strukturen zu analysieren und pragmatisch weiterzuentwickeln
 * Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen
 * Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Teams und Standorten
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Fachliche Führung eines standortübergreifenden IT-Teams (Schwerpunkte Infrastruktur, Security und Support), teilweise disziplinarische Verantwortung
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und leistungsfähigen IT-Betriebs (inkl. 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support)
 * Weiterentwicklung und Harmonisierung von IT-Infrastrukturen, Systemen und Prozessen über mehrere Standorte hinweg
 * Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten (Zeit, Budget, Ressourcen)
 * Analyse bestehender IT-Landschaften sowie schrittweise Optimierung und Standardisierung gewachsener Strukturen
 * Unterstützung des Teams bei komplexen technischen Fragestellungen sowie in Eskalationssituationen
 * Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Support- und Betriebsprozessen
 * Enge Abstimmung mit weiteren IT-Verantwortlichen und Schnittstellen innerhalb der Organisation
 * Situative operative Mitarbeit zur Entlastung des Teams
