## Description

* Entgegennahme, Erfassung und Bearbeitung von IT-Störungen und Serviceanfragen über Telefon, E-Mail und Ticketsystem
 * Analyse, Priorisierung und Dokumentation von Incidents und Service Requests
 * Selbstständige Lösung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Arbeitsplatzrechnern, Notebooks, Druckern und Peripheriegeräten
 * Installation und Aktualisierung von Betriebssystemen und Standardsoftware
 * Einrichtung und Betreuung von Outlook, Microsoft Office sowie Benutzerkonten
 * Unterstützung bei Netzwerkproblemen (LAN, WLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory)
 * Weiterleitung komplexer Störungen an den 3rd-Level-Support und Nachverfolgung der Bearbeitung
 * Pflege der Dokumentation und Einhaltung der Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs)
 * Mitarbeit im 24/7-Schichtbetrieb inklusive Nacht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten
