* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Fachinformatiker:in für Anwendungsentwicklung, alternativ ein Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Computer Science oder einem verwandten IT-Fach.
 * Erste Erfahrungen mit der administragtion von Datenbanken. idealerweise auch mit MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle.
 * Grundkenntnisse rund um Hochverfügbarkeitslösungen und Replikation. Zudem freuen wir uns über gue Kenntnisse in SQL und Oracle.
 * Gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
 * Persönlich gefallen uns besonders deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und der Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an einer Rufbereitschaft.

## Description

* Dafür analysierst du die aktuelle Infrastruktur unserer Kunden und ermittelst Optimierungspotenziale, die wir durch den Einsatz des Datembanksystem-Portfolios realisieren können.
 * Wartung, Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Rechenzentrumsumfeld.
 * Des Weiteren unterstützt du uns bei der Einhaltung der vereinbarten Service Levels und Reaktionszeiten.
 * Nicht zuletzt wirkst du mit, wenn es um Performance Analysen geht, u.a. zum Thema Tuning der Datenbankabfragen.
