Technologisch arbeitest du mit Web- und Backend-Technologien wie PHP, SQL oder FTP sowie mit E-Commerce-Plattformen wie Shopware, Headless-Lösungen oder ähnlichen Systemen. Moderne Kollaborations- und Tickettools wie Teams und JIRA gehören zu deinem Alltag und ermöglichen reibungslose Abstimmung., * Bearbeite First- und Second-Level-Supportanfragen für Online-Plattformen

 * Koordiniere Tickets und Arbeitspakete in Tickettools wie JIRA
