## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fluggerätmechaniker/in oder Mechatroniker/in mit mindestens Techniker-/Fachwirt-Qualifikation ODER abgeschlossenes Ingenieur- oder technisches Studium mit mindestens Techniker-/Fachwirt-Qualifikation

 * Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (mind. C1) und versiertes Englisch (mind. B2)
 * Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-System
 * Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Team- und Projektorientierung
 * Eine gültige, uneingeschränkte Arbeitserlaubnis für die Europäische Union (kein Studentenvisum) zwingend notwendig

 * Problemanalyse und -lösung wiederkehrender technischer Herausforderungen für optimale Arbeitsergebnisse
 * Prozessoptimierung durch gemeinsame Planung, Produktionssteuerung und Gestaltung der Fertigungsabläufe
 * Qualitätssicherung durch Lösung von Nichtkonformitäten in der laufenden Produktion bezüglich Design und Vorschriften
 * Dokumentation und Beauftragung von Restarbeiten am Bauplatz oder an Flugzeugsektionen
 * IT-Recherche in aktuellen Systemen nach Zeichnungen, Referenzen, Teilen, Werkzeugen und Dokumentationen
 * Kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Betriebsprozesses zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele
