## Description

* Betrieb, Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Virtualisierungsumgebung (VMware vSphere)
 * Provisionierung, Betrieb und Optimierung von Linux-Systemen (Schwerpunkt Red Hat Enterprise Linux)
 * Betreuung, Wartung und Ausbau unserer Server- und Storage-Hardware (Dell, NetApp) - inkl. Hands-on-Arbeit im Rechenzentrum (Einbau, Verkabelung, Austausch von Komponenten)
 * Sicherstellung von Hochverfügbarkeit und Performance im 24/7-Betrieb
 * Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft
 * Analyse und Behebung von Incidents sowie nachhaltige Fehlerprävention
 * Mitarbeit an Infrastrukturprojekten (z. B. Hardware-Migrationen, Netzwerkmodernisierung, Automatisierung)
 * Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Teams (SupportOps, SolutionOps)
 * Unterstützung bei Standardisierung und Automatisierung von Betriebsprozessen (z. B. Terraform)
 * Dokumentation und Wissensaufbau (Confluence, Jira)
