 * Gute praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Netzwerk, Firewall und Rechenzentrum.
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID und Microsoft 365.
 * Idealerweise Kenntnisse im IT-Service-Management (ITIL) sowie Erfahrung im Projektmanagement.
 * Eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist und analytisches Denken.
 * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2) in Wort und Schrift.

 * Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Systeme sicher, stabil und performant laufen.
 * Du leitest eigene IT-Projekte und arbeitest in internationalen Infrastrukturprojekten mit.
 * Du analysierst und behebst Störungen im 1st-, 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support.
 * Du dokumentierst Systeme, Prozesse und Lösungen verständlich und nachhaltig.
