 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Python und modernen AI Frameworks
 * Fundiertes Verständnis von Softwarearchitekturen, REST APIs sowie Authentifizierung, Berechtigungs- und Zugriffskonzepten
 * Mathematische und statistische Grundkenntnisse zur Bewertung von AI-Modellen
 * Innovationsfreude, Neugier und Affinität zu AI- und Cloud-Technologien

* Entwicklung und Integration von AI-Lösungen auf Basis Microsoft Foundry und Power Plattform
 * Aufbau von Retrieval-Augmented-Generation-Lösungen, Document AI-Lösungen und Agentic AI-Lösungen auf dem Microsoft Technologiestack und Integration von Microsoft Datenquellen wie Sharepoint, Teams, OneDrive etc. und weiteren Unternehmensdatenquellen und -zielen
 * Tool- und API-Engineering zur Anbindung von Unternehmenssystemen, Datenquellen und Services
 * Optimierung, Monitoring und Wartung von produktiven AI Lösungen
 * Definition und Überwachung von Qualitätsstandards und -metriken
 * Integration von AI- und Machine Learning Modellen in Microsoft-basierte Lösungsarchitekturen
