## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik mit Schwerpunkt Automatisierungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation als Ingenieur (w/m/d)
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung technischer Automatisierungs- oder EMSR-Projekte
 * Gute Kenntnisse in der SPS Programmierung (Siemens S7 oder Codesys) und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Visualisierungs- und Prozessleitsystemen (CopaData Zenon, Siemens WinCC oder PCS7)
 * Ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für Kundenorientierung, Kosten und Qualität
 * Eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und unternehmerisches Denken
 * Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse, idealerweise im technischen Umfeld

## Description

* Du leitest anspruchsvolle Automatisierungsprojekte von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Kundenabnahme (Umkreis max. 100km)
 * Betreuung kleinerer EMSR-Projekte, inklusive Hardware- und Softwareumsetzung und Montagekoordination
 * Im Rahmen Deiner Projekte führst du ein Team von ca. 5-10 Mitarbeitenden
 * Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Budget, Termine und Ressourcen sowie für Qualität
 * Steuerung und Bewertung von Chancen und Risiken
 * Für Kunden, Lieferanten und interne Kolleg:innen bist Du die Ansprechperson
