 * Be an early applicant, * Du arbeitest in Beratungs- und Softwareentwicklungsprojekten bei Kunden wie AXA, BMW, der Deutschen Bahn und ZDF
 * Du konzipierst, entwickelst und implementierst Softwarelösungen, in dem du AI-Methoden und Tools im gesamten Softwareentwicklungsprozess anwendest (z.B. LLMs, agentische Frameworks, Codegenerierung und Testautomatisierung)
 * Du baust Agentic-Workflows (Tool-Use/Function Calling, Planner/Executor, Multi-Agent-Patterns), definierst Guardrails und sorgst für zuverlässiges Verhalten
 * Du entwickelst RAG- und Retrieval-Architekturen (Embeddings, Chunking-Strategien, Re-Ranking), evaluierst Qualität systematisch und optimierst Latenz/Kosten
 * Du übernimmst bei Bedarf die fachliche Führung im Projektteam und gibst dein Wissen (z.B. über Schulungen) weiter
