 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Bereich Hardware, Software und Netzwerk im Rahmen des 2nd Level Supports
 * Durchführung von Datensicherungen sowie Wiederherstellung von Systemen im Fehlerfall
 * Wartung, Austausch und Inbetriebnahme von IT-Hardware im operativen Umfeld
