 * Network Skills: Solid understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 network communications.
 * Technical Systems: Practical knowledge of POS systems and proficiency with MS Operating Systems.
 * Linux: Hands-on experience with Linux command line and remote Linux administration.
 * Education: High school diploma or GED., * Sedentary office environment requiring extended periods of sitting, computer use, and phone communication. Moderate noise level.

## Description

As a Command Center Support Technician, you will provide real-time inbound phone support to field technicians. You will monitor site progress, troubleshoot technical issues, document site data, and escalate critical issues to ensure seamless deployment operations., * Technical Support: Answer inbound calls from field technicians to resolve setup and network issues.

 * TroubleshootingEscalation: Research and resolve technical problems using internal databases; escalate high-priority issues to Project Managers and the PMO.
 * Data Logging: Continuously track site progress, updates, and problem documentation in the R&R web portal.
 * Monitoring: Track technician time on-site and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
