Solid understanding of system integration, lifecycle processes, and collaboration with architecture teams. Knowledge of robotics software frameworks and middleware. * Background: Expertise in requirements management and system architecture tools. Experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) for system architecture and traceability. Solid understanding of system integration, lifecycle processes, and cross-function collaboration. * Cross Functional Experience: Good grasp of mechatronic components, robotic hardware architecture, sensors and robotics software frameworks and middleware (e.g., ROS/ROS2 or similar). * System Safety Mindset: Experience with functional safety, cybersecurity, and certification standards relevant to robotics and mechatronics (e.g., ISO 13849, ISO 10218, ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434). * Personal Driver: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in cross-functional teams.
