 * Interesse an modernen Technologien, Automatisierung und KI.
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) für eine klare, professionelle Kommunikation.

## Description

IT Operations & Plattformbetrieb

 * Du betreibst und entwickelst unsere Microsoft-365-Umgebung sowie angrenzende Cloud- und Infrastrukturlösungen kontinuierlich weiter.
 * Du stellst stabile, sichere und transparente IT-Prozesse im täglichen Betrieb sicher.
 * Du analysierst und behebst komplexe Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support., * Du identifizierst Automatisierungspotenziale und setzt diese in unseren IT-Prozessen um.
 * Du führst KI-gestützte Lösungen im IT-Umfeld (z. B. Microsoft Copilot) ein und entwickelst diese weiter.
 * Du standardisierst wiederkehrende Betriebsabläufe und etablierst effiziente Lösungen über verschiedene Plattformen hinweg., * Du baust skalierbare Betriebs- und Integrationsstandards auf und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter.
 * Du unterstützt unsere Fachbereiche bei der Einführung und Nutzung neuer digitaler Arbeitsweisen.
 * Du teilst Dein Wissen aktiv im Team und stehst Deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen als fachliche Ansprechperson zur Seite.
