Dabei arbeitest du an der Installation, Konfiguration und dem Support von Endgeräten und Peripherie sowie an der Weiterentwicklung serviceorientierter Abläufe. Technologisch bewegst du dich in Microsoft-basierten Umgebungen kombiniert mit ITSM- und Tickettools sowie Netzwerk- und Infrastrukturaufgaben. Wir bieten dir Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten, ein kollegiales Umfeld und Spielraum, um eigene Ideen für bessere Abläufe einzubringen., * Bearbeite und priorisiere eingehende Störmeldungen und Serviceanfragen über das Ticketsystem
 * Konfiguriere und betreue Client- und Serverkomponenten in Microsoft-basierten Umgebungen (Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory)
