 * CNC CAM Program Reviewing, Editing, and Creating (Fusion 360)
 * Keyence IM Programming and Editing
 * CAD Modeling
 * Troubleshooting Issues/Tickets
 * Meetings with Programming Team
 * Updating Programmer Feedback
 * Updating, and Deploying new Best Practices & SOPs
 * Testing tooling, new programming methods and approaches
 * Ordering Tooling/Material as needed

Management

 * Maintaining and Updating Programmer KPIs
 * Coordinating Activities with Remote Programming Team
 * Creating & Updating Best Practices Including Documentation and Training
 * Perform bi-weekly 1:1 meetings with the remote Programming Team
 * Genuinely care about the wellbeing of your employees
 * Illicit feedback
 * Illicit ideas
 * Work with the team to set their personal and professional goals
 * Follow up and provide opportunities for improvement
 * Participate in interviews and make hiring decisions with HR.
