This role serves as a servant leader for Agile teams, ensuring Scrum best practices are followed while helping teams deliver high-quality solutions efficiently and transparently. The Scrum Master works closely with Salesforce Business Analysts, developers, product owners, and stakeholders to coordinate priorities, manage project execution, and remove obstacles that impact delivery. In addition to core Scrum responsibilities, this role supports project management activities, cross-functional communication, sprint planning and reporting, and administration of Jira to ensure accurate tracking, visibility, and governance across initiatives. The position plays a key role in driving collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational effectiveness within the technology organization., Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team execution and continuous improvement. 25% Partner closely with Salesforce Business Analysts, developers, and stakeholders to coordinate priorities, clarify requirements, and support successful delivery of business solutions. 25% Track project progress, manage timelines, identify risks and dependencies, and provide clear status reporting to leadership and stakeholders. 15% Remove impediments and proactively address issues impacting team productivity, sprint commitments, or project delivery. 15% Administer and maintain Jira workflows, boards, dashboards, reporting, permissions, and Agile project configurations to support transparency and operational efficiency. 10% Promote Agile best practices, team collaboration, accountability, and continuous process improvement across the organization. 5% Other duties as assigned 5%, Operation Essential Personnel - This position may be asked to work during an official closure, but who is otherwise not required to report to the physical campus during a closure and whose absence does not present a risk to the safety, resources, and well-being of the campus per FASOP HR-01., All candidates must have valid U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and maintain that valid work authorization throughout employment.
