 * Offer repair estimates and recommend additional services
 * Ensure all repairs meet uBreakiFix quality standards
 * Maintain a welcoming and organized store environment
 * Answer phone calls professionally and convert inquiries to store visits
 * Manage inventory accurately and uphold store cleanliness
 * Utilize POS system for customer records and repair tracking
