Education * Bachelors in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering OR 10 years equivalent industry experience. Performance Metrics * Teamwork & Communication: Receive positive feedback from team leaders or operators on responsiveness and attitude. * Safety Compliance: Zero safety violations or incidents; full adherence to PPE and safety protocol. ## Description The Field Manager, Refrigeration Systems is responsible for supporting refrigeration projects from initial bid development through system design, installation, startup, and ongoing service. This role bridges engineering, field operations, and customer support to ensure systems are designed accurately, installed correctly, and operate efficiently.
