## About the Role

Do you have experience in Team management?, Role: Java Backend Lead Developer WITH AI EXPERIENCE
Skills: Java, Microservices, Spring boot and Kafka
Mandatory Skill: Spring Batch, Angular
Location: ONLY Austin, TX - 3 days a week, Day one onsite. (Look for Local Candidates)

Must be legally authorized to work in US without need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future., * Candidate should be a hands-on Java Lead person with an overall 10+ Years of IT Experience.

 * Should be doing hands-on Coding in the current projects.
 * Should have experience of 7 years and hands-on exp in Java, Microservices, Spring boot, Spring batch and Kafka.
 * Should have hands-on experience in their current projects.
 * Should have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies.
 * Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool.

MOST IMPORTANT:

 * Team Lead experience - experience In managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years).

Good Communication.

 * 100% written confirmation on working from the client office - no remote working (not negotiable)
