+ Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an ABET-accredited university and 8 years of experience in software engineering in a cloud environment OR
 + Master's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an ABET-accredited university and 8 years of experience in software engineering in a cloud environment
 * Ability to attain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
 * Ability to attain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP)
 * Experience architecting, designing, and deploying cloud-native software solutions
 * Experience leading a migration of legacy software systems to a cloud environment, including transformation to cloud-native
 * Experience with Cloud infrastructure technology, e.g., Azure, AWS, Google
 * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Container Strategies and Orchestration
 * Experience working in Agile software development environment
 * Ability to work on-site in Manhattan Beach (CA) or Melbourne (FL)

## Description

* Architect efficient, high speed, reliable cloud solution for legacy software applications
 * Apply IaC to deploy and manage cloud infrastructure
 * Define migration path for legacy software applications to become cloud-native
 * Guide migration and implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives
 * Ensure performance capabilities and security of new software systems and architectures are consistent with mission requirements
 * Support trade studies, CONOPs development, whitepapers
