 * Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
 * Einrichtung und Betreuung von PCs, Laptops, Druckern und mobilen Endgeräten
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Berechtigungen in Active Directory und Microsoft 365
 * Unterstützung bei Netzwerkstörungen und IT-Infrastrukturthemen
 * Dokumentation von Lösungen im Ticketsystem
