## Description

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive and consistent digital experiences across products and web platforms. This role collaborates with product, development, and marketing teams to deliver user-centered solutions from research to final design handoff.
Responsibilities

 + Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
 + Create and optimize user flows and journeys
 + Maintain and evolve design systems
 + Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams
 + Prepare assets and documentation for developer handoff
 + Conduct light UX research to validate design decisions
 + Improve existing digital experiences
 + Manage tasks using ticket management tools
 + Apply UI/UX best practices in design solutions
 + Participate in design reviews and team discussions
 + Ensure visual consistency across product and web
