## About the Role

* US Citizenship or US Permanent Residency status required.
 * 18+ years in data migration on large, complex PLM or enterprise programs, with delivery-lead accountability.
 * Experience leading onshore-offshore migration teams.
 * Hands-on legacy PDM-to-Teamcenter data-model mapping and migration strategy.
 * Strong command of data-quality evaluation, cleansing and reconciliation, and of migration leadtime estimation.
 * Aerospace, Defense, or regulated industry experience.

## Description

* Own the migration strategy and execution from legacy PDM / process planning into Teamcenter.
 * Lead the legacy-to-Teamcenter data-model mapping and the transformation rules with the architects.
 * Plan and run dry-runs and cutover by configuration applicability, migrating active-program data with zero disruption.
 * Drive data-quality evaluation, cleansing and reconciliation against the quality framework.
 * Estimate and manage migration duration / lead-time and report progress.
 * Lead a blended onshore-offshore migration team / factory mirroring the client organization.
 * Apply AI-accelerated migration to reduce lead-time within the architecture and controls.
