* Proven track record as a Workday Project Manager or active participation in Workday implementation teams.
 * Strong project management skills, including expertise in managing large-scale implementations.
 * Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments, including HR, IT, Finance, and the Registrar's Office.
 * Exceptional organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth project execution.
 * Familiarity with project management tools to monitor work and progress.
 * Knowledge of client-side scripting, API development, and configuration management is a plus.
 * Experience with Salesforce development and Workday integrations is highly desirable.

## Description

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Mequon, Wisconsin. This Contract to permanent position offers a unique opportunity to oversee the implementation of Workday across multiple departments, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration. If you have a strong background in project management and Workday experience, we invite you to help lead this transformative initiative., * Act as the primary Project Manager for the Workday implementation, overseeing all phases of the project.

 * Coordinate efforts across HR, IT, Finance, and the Registrar's Office to ensure alignment and progress.
 * Manage project timelines, milestones, and dependencies to meet established goals.
 * Collaborate with external Workday implementation partners and internal teams for a successful rollout.
 * Provide functional oversight while supporting technical teams in their detailed work.
 * Ensure all project management activities are executed effectively using appropriate tools and methodologies.
 * Track and report on project progress, addressing risks or challenges proactively.
 * Foster cross-functional collaboration by facilitating communication and coordination among departments.
 * Maintain a structured approach to managing long-term, complex implementation projects.
 * Uphold high standards of organization and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Demonstrated experience with Workday, including modules such as Student, HR, and Finance.
