* 5-8+ years in SAP CPI (Integration Suite)
 * Strong in iFlows, Groovy scripting, adapters
 * Experience with HRIS/Payroll integrations + ABAP
 * Hands-on with debugging, monitoring, L2 support
 * Experience with BADI / point-to-point integrations, * What experience do you have with HRIS/Payroll integrations and ABAP? Have you worked on BADI or point-to-point replication?
 * Describe a complex CPI integration issue you debugged in production. What was the root cause and fix?
 * What tools/processes do you use for monitoring integrations and handling failures (L2 support)?
 * Are you comfortable working MST hours and what is your expected hourly rate?
