## About the Role

Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Sponsorship is not available.

Do you have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Linux environments (Red Hat or similar)?
Strong background in VoIP and deep knowledge of SIP?
Comfortable analyzing Wireshark traces in live production?, * 5+ years of Linux experience (Red Hat preferred)

 * Strong VoIP + SIP expertise
 * Solid networking fundamentals
 * Experience troubleshooting in live production environments
 * Confidence working in CLI and analyzing logs/traces

Nice to Have:

 * Scripting (Bash, Python)
 * VMware, Cisco IOS, or Diameter exposure

## Description

We're partnering with a highly respected organization seeking a Linux-focused Network Engineer who thrives in real production environments - not a ticket queue. This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you'll own issues end-to-end and work directly with engineering teams.

What You'll Do:

 * Troubleshoot complex issues across Linux-based platforms
 * Analyze packet captures (Wireshark), logs, and SIP signaling
 * Support VoIP systems and resolve real-time production issues
 * Apply patches, upgrades, and system updates
 * Collaborate with engineering teams and contribute to MOPs
