* Softwareverteilung: Bereitstellung neuer Softwarepakete und Upgrades sicherstellen
 * Infrastrukturmanagement: Betriebsbereitschaft der IT-Infrastruktur gemäß OLA/SLA-Vorgaben halten
 * Performance-Monitoring: Systemperformance kontinuierlich überwachen und SLA-Einhaltung tracken
 * Produktmanagement: Verbesserungen, Updates und Obsolescence-Management zum IT Product Manager kommunizieren
 * ITIL-Prozesse: Incident-, Problem-, Change-, Configuration- und Event-Management nach ITIL-Standard durchführen
 * Systemdiagnose: Console-Messages analysieren, Systemfehler diagnostizieren und korrigierende Maßnahmen zur Betriebskontinuität einleiten
 * Backup-Management: System-Backup-Prozesse überwachen und sicherstellen
