 * Entwicklung und Umsetzung von IT-Roadmaps, Optimierung von Prozessen, Schnittstellen und Systemlandschaften
 * Sicherstellung der IT-Servicequalität, Projekttermintreue und KPI-basierten Erfolgskennzahlen
 * Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung von Teamleitern und Mitarbeitern in multikulturellen, internationalen Teams
