## About the Role

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
 * Du bringst mindestens 2 bis 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Customer Experience, CRM, Vertrieb, Marketing, Kundenservice oder digitale Geschäftsprozesse mit, idealerweise in einem beratungsnahen Umfeld
 * Du hast erste Erfahrung mit CRM- oder CX-Systemen, idealerweise Oracle CX Cloud, Oracle Sales, Oracle Service, Oracle CPQ, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
 * Du verstehst kundenzentrierte End-to-End-Prozesse in Vertrieb, Service und Customer Engagement
 * Du besitzt analytisches Denkvermögen und Freude daran, komplexe fachliche Anforderungen in strukturierte Lösungskonzepte zu überführen
 * Du bist kommunikationsstark, teamfähig und trittst professionell gegenüber Kund:innen auf
 * Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert
 * Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
 * Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse in Oracle CX Applications, Oracle Fusion Cloud oder angrenzenden Oracle Unternehmensapplikationen
 * Du bringst Erfahrung in der Prozessmodellierung, im Anforderungsmanagement oder in der Durchführung von Kund:innenworkshops mit
 * Du hast ein Grundverständnis für Schnittstellen, Datenmigration, Reporting oder Berechtigungskonzepte
 * Du hast Erfahrung mit agilen, klassischen oder hybriden Projektmethoden
 * Du interessierst dich für aktuelle Themen wie KI im CRM, Automatisierung, Omnichannel-Service, Knowledge Management oder digitaler Kundeninteraktion
