## About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Web3 Frontend Engineer (Lead) who enjoys building great interfaces, leading others, and helping customers succeed., * 3+ years of frontend engineering experience

 * Strong expertise in React / Next.js / TypeScript
 * Hands-on Web3 experience (wallets, signing flows, contract interactions)
 * Solid UX intuition for financial and DeFi products
 * Experience leading frontend work, mentoring engineers, and owning delivery
 * Familiarity with data-heavy UIs (indexers, subgraphs, real-time data)
 * A builder mindset with a genuine desire to help others succeed
 * Experience with Web3 libraries (ethers, viem)
 * Previous work experience with user-friendly high-converting DeFi products

## Description

* Lead frontend architecture for complex Web3 applications (dashboards, protocol UIs, admin panels)
 * Build interfaces for the next generation of financial applications - lending, trading, staking, RWAs, bridging, stablecoins
 * Own frontend delivery end-to-end: architecture, implementation, performance, and quality
 * Mentor and support other frontend engineers, review code, and set best practices
 * Work closely with founders, smart contract and backend engineers to turn deep tech into usable products
 * Align directly with customers on scope, timelines, and delivery expectations
 * Act as a reliable technical partner who helps teams move faster and avoid pitfalls
