You will apply a broad understanding of the enterprise, business priorities, current capabilities, future needs, and healthcare and technology trends to guide execution and provide strategic counsel. Success in this role means ensuring solutions align with business goals, engineering excellence, and architectural expectations., + Define and communicate the technical vision, strategy, and direction for the company and the engineering team. Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of products and solutions that meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and security. + Lead, manage, and inspire a team of engineers across multiple disciplines and locations. Establish and enforce best practices, processes, and methodologies for engineering excellence. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: Position does not have direct reports but is expected to assist in guiding and mentoring less experienced staff. May lead a team of matrixed resources., The associate is primarily seated while performing the duties of the position. Occasional walking or standing is required.
