 * Professional certification such as CISA, CDMP, or PMP

## Description

As a Manager on the Global Payment Network (GPN) Data Governance team, you will work with a team of professionals dedicated to ensuring that GPN's most critical data is well-managed, high-quality, and adheres to enterprise data management policies. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our data ecosystem, enabling the organization to make data-driven decisions with confidence while mitigating risks across the data lifecycle., * Data Governance & Policy Adherence: Support the implementation and oversight of data management practices to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and best practices

 * Data Quality Management: Oversee programs to ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of GPNs most important data
 * Tooling & Ecosystem Mastery: Proactively learn and master the nuances of the various tools used to support the data management ecosystem to drive automation, efficiency, and better risk oversight
 * Problem Solving & Innovation: Apply intellectual curiosity and strong analytical skills to solve complex data management challenges and identify opportunities for process transformation and automation initiatives
 * Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Accountable Executives (AEs), Performing Data Stewards (PDSs), and tech teams to ensure data-driven initiatives align with the broader risk and well-managed agenda
 * Risk Insights & Reporting: Proactively synthesize data and reporting to provide actionable business insights to senior leadership regarding the health and compliance of the data ecosystem
