## About the Role

+ Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

 + Technical aptitude and interest in electronics or hardware systems

 + Experience with equipment assembly, maintenance, or repair

 + Familiarity with hand tools and power tools

 + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

 + Detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused mindset

 + Ability to follow instructions, read diagrams, and document work clearly

 + Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment

 + Experience with soldering, wiring, or PCB assembly

 + Basic understanding of electrical safety standard

 + Experience in a manufacturing, electronics, or hardware startup environment

 + Knowledge of inventory management systems

 + Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 40 lbs)

 + Valid driver's license for occasional local deliveries or client visits

 + Background check and Drug test required

## Description

+ Assemble electronic circuits, components, and hardware systems following established procedures and schematics

 + Perform equipment testing, calibration, alignment, and quality control checks

 + Troubleshoot hardware issues and assist in diagnosing system malfunctions

 + Support onboarding of new clients by preparing, testing, and configuring equipment

 + Verify system performance by testing installed or assembled units

 + Conduct preventive maintenance and follow manufacturer guidelines for equipment care

 + Maintain accurate inventory of components, tools, and supplies; track stock levels and incoming shipments

 + Document assembly steps, test results, irregularities, and ongoing needs to ensure team continuity

 + Maintain electronic system and component databases, including data entry and backups

 + Assist with packing, shipping, receiving, and equipment logistics

 + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product improvements and operational efficiency

 + Contribute to a positive team environment by accomplishing related tasks as needed
