The need for detailed and precise work is high. ## Description JOB SUMMARY: TheSite Services Specialist is responsible for adapting, adjusting and managing the execution of our strategic recruitment and retention services with a focus on delivery, process, and results. A primary goal of this role is to support the success of our recruitment strategies by confirming and verifying each step of the recruitment and retention strategy. This may include establishing a dialog with study sites to identify needs, proposing solutions, and overseeingClinical Professionalsdeployed at research sites to execute WCG services. Site Services Specialists work closely with the sponsor's study team, internal program team, research study sites, and other WCG employees working across the globe to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of recruitment and retention solutions. The majority of communication is done remotely through phone and email, therefore strong oral and written communication are essential. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The accountabilities listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required. * Effectively communicate and build relationships with research site staff to assess sites' needs, identify opportunities to provide services, and ensure site satisfaction with services. * Assess site needs within objective of determined recruitment and retention strategy. * Communicate clearly with internal and external parties in a way that reinforces the value statement of our services and through services, including Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs). * Train Clinical Professionals on use of software, WCG Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and study requirements. On occasion the role will require interviewing and hiring decisions of Clinical Professionals. * Oversee the performance of Clinical Professionals and execution of site-based recruitment and/or retention plan. * Identify client and study pain points, offer suitable mitigations, and manage resolution. * Execute targeted approaches for outreach and management consistent per with the determined recruitment and retention strategy set forth by the sponsor and as fitted to each site. * Maintain thorough, timely, and accurate documentation of site-based services and communications with key stakeholders in internal tracking systems. * Oversight and management of critical documentation compliance. This may include consulting with WCG and site legal representatives. * Communicate in alignment with the service value messaging through all communications (email and calls). * Manage site clients with exceptional customer service through industry expertise, guidance, and frequent communications. * Consultatively solve problems with internal WCG and site/sponsor client teams to obtain consensus for best practices, in accordance with policies and procedures. * Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
