## About the Role

Required:

 * Current and active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph Clearance in good standing
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
 * At least 10 years of experience in web development, with experience in:
 + Proficiency in using Oracle SQL
 + Familiarity with PL/SQL
 + Experience in ASP.NET frameworks
 + Platforms/ Architecture styles such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, Angular Material UI components
 + Development Process and Tools such as Angular (v2-12) Single Page Web Applications using node.js and TypeScript
 + C# (WCF or WebAPI a plus)
 + Proficiency in using MVC patterns
 + Great understanding of APIs and REST Web Services
 * 3 or more years of experience developing and/or deploying software in high side environments
 * Direct experience using secure authentication technologies like SAML and OIDC in a government setting
 * Experience building and maintaining Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
 * Able to plan strategically and organize work within sprints.
 * Ability to learn and apply functional concepts very quickly.

Desired:

 * Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
 * 3 or more years of experience integrating relational data with user-facing applications
 * Experience with developing replacement systems and meeting user expectations and implied requirements.
 * Experience with HighVIEW
 * Experience using JIRA and/or Confluence

## Description

* Work directly with software leads and users to design and implement new web-based interfaces and/or services
 * Provide operations and maintenance support to existing legacy applications developed in .NET.
