Candidate must have the ability to navigate ambiguity to take on initiative, identify opportunities and implement change independently. Also, ideal candidate should be familiar with network security domains with products such as firewalls, proxies, segmentation, and remote access technologies, including a high level understanding of various information technologies, development environments, and infrastructure. Additionally, individual must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to adhere to strict deadlines in a challenging environment., 6+ months of Technology Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education, * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Ability to interact with all levels of an organization * Advanced Information Security technical skills and solid knowledge and understanding of information security practices and policies * Automation experience * Experience with ServiceNow * Technical documentation experience * Experience with Information Security tools such as Web Proxy, VPN, Zero Trust, or Firewalls * Experience with logging/troubleshooting tools such as Splunk * Security log analysis experience ## Description In this role, you will support enterprise mainframe systems and core business platforms by assisting in system analysis, testing, and operational support activities. You will work in a collaborative agile environment alongside development teams, architecture, change management, and cross-functional partners to help deliver reliable, secure, and compliant technology solutions. This position is ideal for early-career professionals interested in developing hands-on experience in system operations, data platforms, and application lifecycle support within a large-scale, highly regulated environment. You will gain exposure to mainframe systems, enterprise data platforms, and modern tools such as Python to support analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts. You will also participate in the Career Opportunities in Development and Engineering (CODE) Program . The CODE program is a two-year engineering development experience designed for individuals who are early in their technical careers. The program is intended for candidates with approximately 6 months to 2 years of hands-on engineering experience. The CODE Program offers meaningful, real-world work combined with structured professional development, mentorship, and exposure to a broad range of technologies across the enterprise. Upon successful completion of the program, participants are eligible for promotion and continued employment, subject to business needs and performance expectations.
