U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance, * A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience * Prior EVMS (Earned Value Management Systems) experience or similar system/program * Prior CAM (Control Account Management) experience or similar discipline * Prior experience with SAP, APEX or similar system * Prior Program/Project Management experience Qualifications We Prefer: * Program Management Level 6 Certification or equivalent. * Experience with program management tools and processes related to RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM), EVMS and Risk Management, * Ability to effectively work and communicate with all levels of management and customers. * Effective communication, presentation, interpersonal and decision-making skills. * Knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one work area. * Ability to manage various tasks, requirements and commitments and interface successfully with numerous disciplines * Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition * Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and/or other Government Procurement regulations as they pertain to Bid/Cost proposals ## Description Raytheon's Naval Tomahawk Program is seeking to hire a Program Integrator (PI). This position will report to and take directions from the Production Program Manager. The PI will support the ongoing and future Production Contracts. The PI is responsible for program integration, coordination, and control, as well as direct engagement with the program team and functional partners. The ideal candidate will provide guidance and analysis in the areas of Project Management, Earned Value and Risk Management.
