## Description

Insight Global is seeking a Network Operations Watch Officer for a mission-critical environment supporting government operations. This individual will serve as a key liaison between network operations, engineering teams, and leadership by monitoring and validating outage data impacting physical network infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the physical layer-including fiber, copper, circuits, and transport-and can quickly assess operational impact while communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role operates in a 24/7 watch floor setting and plays a vital role in ensuring network reliability and situational awareness for mission success
