This position plays a key role in defining BI standards, optimizing reporting environments, supporting data-driven decision-making, and driving continuous improvement across the organization's business intelligence capabilities., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. * Minimum of five (5) years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power BI. * Minimum of ten (10) years of experience supporting enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence environments. * Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). * Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS). * Experience deploying, supporting, and administering large-scale business intelligence solutions. Business Intelligence & Data Expertise: * Strong experience with Power BI administration, including configuration, security, governance, and user management. * Extensive experience developing complex Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and advanced DAX calculations. * Extensive experience developing and supporting SSAS Tabular models. * Strong understanding of data analysis, dimensional modeling, data architecture, and relational database concepts. * Experience designing and supporting enterprise data marts and business intelligence architectures. * Experience leveraging Azure Data Lakes, lakehouse architectures, Power BI Dataflows, and modern analytics platforms. * Experience performing migrations across BI environments and platforms. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance. ## Description The Senior Power BI Developer is responsible for the design, development, administration, governance, and support of enterprise business intelligence and reporting solutions.
