This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled. What You'll Do: * Evaluate and administer agreements for contracted services. This includes preparing new contracts, renewals, and amendments. * Coordinate compliance procedures, facility maintenance, and landscaping requirements with vendors. * Identify safety, operational, and maintenance issues.
