 * Analyse, Eingrenzung und Lösung typischer IT-Probleme im Erstkontakt
 * Weiterleitung und Koordination komplexerer Anliegen an die zuständigen Second Level Support Teams
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, einschließlich Entsperrung und Zurücksetzung von Passwörtern
 * Ausgabe und Bereitstellung von IT-Zubehör und Arbeitsmitteln wie Headsets, Ladegeräten und weiterem Equipment
