* Laufendes Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
 * Interesse an Softwarelösungen, Digitalisierung und technischen Prozessen
 * Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
 * Ruhe und Souveränität auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen
 * Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
 * Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen
 * Erste Erfahrungen im Kundenservice, Support oder im Automotive-Umfeld sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

## Description

* Betreuung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden im Autohaus- und Werkstattumfeld per Telefon und E-Mail
 * Unterstützung bei technischen Fragen rund um unsere Softwarelösung
 * Entgegennahme, Dokumentation und Priorisierung von Support-Anfragen
 * Nachverfolgung von Supportfällen und Abstimmung mit unserem Entwicklungsteam zur Lösungsfindung
 * Unterstützung im Projektmanagement, beispielsweise bei Organisation, Dokumentation und Terminverfolgung
 * Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Support- und Digitalisierungsprozessen
