## Description

* Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für den operativen IT-Betrieb bei HydroMapper und bearbeitest IT-Tickets sowie Anwenderanfragen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support.
 * Du administrierst Microsoft 365, betreust Benutzer, Gruppen, Lizenzen, Berechtigungen, Exchange Online, Shared Mailboxes, Verteiler und die Basisadministration von Teams.
 * Du richtest Windows-Clients, Notebooks und Arbeitsplätze ein, begleitest Onboarding und Offboarding und betreust Drucker, Peripherie sowie Standardsoftware.
 * Du unterstützt bei der Betreuung klassischer Server- und NAS-Strukturen, Dateiablagen, Lizenzthemen, IT-Einkauf, Inventarisierung und Asset Management.
 * Du dokumentierst Systeme, Prozesse und Lösungen sauber, arbeitest an IT-Security-Basics wie MFA, Updates und Berechtigungskonzepten mit und koordinierst dich mit der IT von WK Consult sowie externen Partnern.
